🎿 PRE-INSTRUCTOR
What could be better than learning how to pass on your passion? The pre-instructor program is perfect for young teenagers who would like to deepen their knowledge of teaching snow sports. During the course of the training, they will acquire important knowledge in skiing/snowboarding that they will then be able to pass on. During the 8 weeks we will work closely with the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance (CSIA) and the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) to make the content of this program as relevant as possible, to pass on as much of our knowledge as possible and to bring the students up to the standard of the Level 1 exams. After the end of the 8-week program, we will invite those who are not enrolled in the Level 1 option, if they wish, to work as an assistant or apprentice instructor in order to assist in the unfolding of a beginner level lesson and learn on the job. Make sure you register soon, spots are limited.The full-day program runs from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM and includes the lunch. Act quickly, as spots are limited. The programs are offered over 8 consecutive weeks, starting January 10 and 11, 2026.

⚠️ LEARNER'S SKILL LEVEL
Please describe your child's skill level in the comments section by specifying what they can already do on skis or a snowboard. If this will be your child's first time skiing or snowboarding, please let us know. We will also hold an evaluation day on the morning of January 4, 2026, to observe your child on the snow and assign them to the appropriate group.

🎟️ SCHOOL PASS (10 ski days)
The school pass allows students enrolled in an 8-week ski school program to access the mountain on evaluation day, January 4, 2026, on lesson days, and an additional day. If a group lesson is postponed due to weather, the school pass will remain valid for both the original day and the rescheduled lesson. If no lessons are postponed, it will be valid for a day on the weekend following the end of the group lessons. This year, the price of the school pass is included in the course fees. This pass gives you access to 10 ski days.

🪪 YOUR RFID CARD IS RECHARGEABLE
• If you already have a Ski Montcalm RFID card, your 2025-2026 pass or tickets will be loaded onto it. Please keep it safe!
• If you’ve never had a Ski Montcalm RFID card: you must first create your online account. Then, you can purchase your product. Once on-site, head to the printing kiosk near the ticketing or rental area to pick up your RFID card. You will need the QR code from your transaction receipt.
